Switches to uwsm for Hyprland session setup, WIP portals config needs cleanup

- Disables systemd management in favor of uwsm
- Updates environment variables for Wayland and portal support
- Adds xdg-desktop-portal packages to dependencies
- Adjusts greetd and Wayland configuration for uwsm integration
